"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. "The Place is near to the sea and right next to a bus station. There is a good restaurant and a few lilttle bars aswell. Lorenzo is really a nice host and he cares about. "The beach and restaurant are quite lovely as is the entrance to the hotel. We were taken through the hotel, out the back ally, up some stairs to a different building and into a large undecorated room with a large patio with no view. There was a party in the room above us all night that made it impossible to sleep. I’m sure it was once a lovely location but it hasn’t aged well. Best for young folks that want to party. "

Also, the signage for the hotel does not match the name on Expedia. Look for PowerGym, and you will find it much easier. Staff was very helpful and accommodating."
