No street parking, no full sized trucks allowed, and very little space to park on driveway since there’s 2 other rentals in the same house. We stayed in the summer so we needed to open the windows at night to cool the place down and the traffic noise was a lot - it would not be an issue in the spring, winter or fall. This unit is on the street side not the river side."
