"We loved our stay but there are some real areas that need improvement - rooms are renovated and lovely, but a few areas (like the pool) are still old and dirty looking. Service was generally confused and bumbling, a bit like Fawlty Towers (e.g. Breakfast was included on my booking, but I was challenged to prove it every single morning). Weak towel rack supporting a massive weight of towels is destined to fail in every room (see image). There is no "do not disturb" option, cleaner will just come...
