"Muy mala experiencia. Pagué mi reservación con dos meses de anticipación vía Hoteles.cim. Al llegar al hostal no la tenían registrada y me cobraron de nuevo un monto aún mayor al que ya había pagado. La administración es muy deficiente y las instalaciones están en malas condiciones. No lo recomiendo."

"Blanca is a wonderful lady who had prepared this cozy place to receive travelers from throughout the world. I ended up here by accident as my plane left me, and had a wonderful time meeting other people. This place is neat, comfy, welcoming. Do bring your own towel or request one. this is a very secure place in the center of the town of Valdivia, a great small city where to start your South tour through Chile"
