When we arrived there was a dead dog in the drive of the hotel and management left him there. Then they asked us to wait 1hour and 30 minutes to clean a hanficapped room for us thatnwe did not ask for. Then they put us on the 5th floor standard room after 1 and a half hours! At midnight after we were both asleep the hotel manager was knocking on our door and thrn opened our door to let another family in our room, thr room that they put us in. The room was out of toilet paper and the desk clerk said that the hotel was out as well. This was the WORST STAY THAT WE HAVE EVER EVER ENDURED. When we asked for a tefund we wete told by the manager that bc we booked through expedia that there was nothing they coukd do. SHAME ON COUNTRY INN AND SUITES !!! NEVER STAYING AT THIS JOKE OF A HOTEL AGAIN !!!
