They gave us the mid-tier unit (forgot its name). This is a mobile home type of unit (think of a trailer w/o wheels). Everything is new, clean and tidy. Sheets, towels, pillows, all new and excellent quality. Only problem was the noise. Units aren't very well insulated and really close to each other, so a noisy neighbor becomes a major issue. Close to the pool they had live (very loud) music during the whole weekend till 2am. Considerable distance between parking and unit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber ,die Parkplätze sind weiter weg gewesen aber bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise helfen sie die mit den Gepäck im Ganzen einen sehr gute Unterkunft gerne wieder

Het park is super leuk, prachtige zwembaden, super leuk voor de kinderen. Echter hadden wij bijgeboekt voor een paar dagen en moesten we wisselen van huisje, dit ging minder soepel en moesten we 6 uur wachten tot we in het andere huisje konden. En hadden we alleen 1 kleine pan om in te koken. Hier werd niks mee gedaan.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare Al Norcenni Girasole a Figline/ Incisa in Toscana e per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza e l'assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno non c'è stato paragone. Ad Altomuncio il villaggio mi è sembrato poco organizzato e l'assistenza della reception era praticamente inesistente. Alla richiesta di assistenza tramite whatsapp se mi hanno dato una prima risposta dopo almeno 3/4 ore e la comunione telefonica era impossibile.
