Nice scenery, spoilt by noisy kids and no pool
Unfortunately the pool wasn't open, there was lots of noisy kids, it was more a family hotel and I was hoping for peace and quiet. Staff weren't that friendly, especially in the bar. Would have liked a kettle in my room. Cleaners entered the room without knocking. Changed towels every day which was unnecessary, hotel could really benefit from do not disturb signs. Nice location, but you definitely need a car.

Struttura che sarebbe comodissima e potrebbe soddisfare molteplici esigenze della clientela. Purtroppo hotel sembra mancare di manutenzione adeguata. Il bagno della mia camera presentava queste problematiche: muffa diffusa nel vano doccia,acqua nella toilette in comincio scorrimento e impossibile chiuderla con conseguente rumore fastidioso tutta la notte,mensola dello specchio staccata dal muro,cerchione della toilette sporco e macchiato in maniera consistente. Tutto documentato con fotografie che avrei piacere di sottoporre a visione.non riutilizzerò questo hotel nel futuro.

Ist wohl geeignet für Jugendgruppen auf der Durchreise; Dauergästen / Familien wie uns fällt auf dass die Qualität des Frühstücks sehr einfach ist, der Pool war nicht benutzbar sondern halb abgelassen und so voller Moskitos / Insekten, dass man sich in seiner Nähe nicht aufhalten wollte. Kein Gemeinschaftsraum, man kommt nur mit dem Auto/ Bus von diesem abgelegenen Ort weg, es gibt keinen Fußweg. Teils laut durch fast täglich wechselnde Jugendgruppen, Betten durchgelegen. Sauberkeit der Zimmer / Bäder war gut. Personal teils freundlich in anonymer Atmosphäre.

L'albergo è stato utilizzato da me e la mia famiglia come appoggio per visitare la zona di Verona e del Garda e di fatto si è rivelato un una posizione abbastanza strategica. Il complesso è molto ampio con una bella piscina e ampie zone dedicate ai parcheggi la camera che ci è stata assegnata era composta da due ampie stanze e un bagno. Immediatamente all'arrivo abbiamo notato un pacchetto di sigarette accartocciato in un angolo (sicuramente una piccola svista nelle pulizie considerato che il giorno dopo era stato tolto). Una camera aveva il condizonatore talmente rumoso che l'abbiamo dovuto spegnere per poter dormire (di fatto inutilizzabile). La luce principale di una camera era diffettosa (lampeggiava in continuazione) e nonostante sia stato fatto presente alla reception, il guasto non è stato riparato. Consiglio inoltre di illuminare la zona dei parcheggi perché la notte sono molto bui.

Hotel gut erreichbar: Gardaland und Gardasee( Lazise, Bardolino,Garda. Einkaufsmöglichkeit: Bussolengo ( Supermercato Martinelli) oder Grande Affi Center Positiv noch schonen Pool, von ersten Stock wunderbar den Blick von Pool und Berge. Parkplatz frei Zimmer sind normal gestaltet, Hotel ist sauber und Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Frühstück war ok, dazu hätten wir gerne vielleicht ein bisschen frisches Obst 🍇 z.B.; Insgesamt hat alles gepasst.😇😍

Pro della struttura il personale molto disponibile, la camera comoda ogni giorno biancheria pulita e il buffet colazione ben allestito e ricco di diverse pietanze,piscina bella grande e con tanti lettini, parcheggio grande. Contro il fondo della piscina era un po’ sporco, mancanza frigobar in camera, ragnatele nella sala ristorante sulle grandi finestre e la pizza al bar non ci è piaciuta molto.

157 Euro für ein 3 Bett Zimmer. Das Bad war eine vollkatastrophe! Schimmel in der Dusche, klodeckel braun verfärbt, kalk. .Mobiliar im ganzen Zimmer...Bad...Balkon...alt abgenutzt und unsauber! Gott sei dank, war da nur eine Nacht! Ich bin nicht pinkelig,aber das Zimmer war wirklich furchtbar eklig! Saßen nur drausen am poolbereich und hofften das der Tag schnell vorbei geht! Das frühstück haben wir verzichtet,da um 7 uhr morgens schon eine menschenschlange vor der tür stand! Pool schließt um 18 uhr
