"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la cocina es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar durante tu estancia. "Excellent location. Great view from breakfast room however it would have been nice if it was used as a bar area in the evenings given the outstanding view. The cafe on the main floor was excellent and offered a great option for breakfast as well. The 6th floor rooms have pretty water views but the floor above is the buffet room so quite noisy early in the morning. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff is outstanding. No gym on the property but they offer a pass to a nearby gym which is very good."
