This property is lovely, we stayed for two nights. Unfortunately there was a problem with our air conditioning. They did try fixing it both days but it did not work. We were unable to sleep it was so warm. We were not offered a different room and when mentioned again at checkout there wasn’t even an apology.

We have just recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special birthday with friends and family. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good facilities however the jacuzzi pool did damage two of the girls bathing suits buy dying them in colour, I presume this is due to a high content of chemicals so maybe don’t wear your best costume. The only other complaint I would have would be the coffee machine is not the best and very temperamental. Maybe just buy some instant coffee as there is a kettle. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is visiting Porto in the future.

"Overall 5 stars but I do want to give a few pointers… if you get there after dark know that the parking will be before you reach the actual hotel building. "Lovely hotel in the centre of Vigo. Unfortunately the door to the balcony leaked due to the torrential rain we experienced one night. The bar was not open during our 3 night stay. Vigo is very, very hilly."
