In the heart of L´horta Nord of Valencia, surrounded by orange groves, just 15 minutes away from Valencia City. We are offering you Ca Emma. House which is over 100 years old and has recently been restored and opened in May 2017 with all its reconstructed interiors. Ideally located so you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity, without renouncing everything that makes life easier, supermarkets, shopping centers and public transport, underground and commuter trains for those who do not wish to take the car to the city centre.

A 5-minute drive from the nearest beach of fine sand, ideal starting point to enjoy intensively Valencia and its charms its culture: the city of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanográfico, the BioParc one of the best in Europe, its monuments, its museums, its theatres, its Palace of music, The opera. Not to mention the port of Valencia, the trade fair and last but not least, The Formula 1 racing track in Cheste, and different opportunities offered of being near Valencia but with the comfort of being right in the countryside.

An ideal place where to relax from the stress of daily routine, allowing you to enjoy the countryside, the city and the beach. With bike lanes that take you to the city or to the mountain. We suggest you to discover paths through the garden of Valencia. Discover the unique richness of the Valencian orchards. You will be staying in one of the oldest and most unknown garden unique in Europe named the Huerta of Valencia. Enjoy riding on horse-drawn carts, being in contact with nature and its changes ranging from bloom of Orange Blossom (month of April) to the maturation of the fruit (February-April) of the following year.

CA Emma is designed to provide relaxation, quietness and comfort. The property is perfectly equipped with furniture, kitchenware and linen necessary to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. On the ground floor you will not find any steps, neither outside in the garden or access to the exterior of the house. There is a bathroom adapted for the disabled.

The House has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a private terrace, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. Large dining room with an open plan kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. The maximum capacity of this rural accommodation is up to 8 people The House has central heating and air conditioning throughout the house, wifi, Free view British channels NETFILIX and Amazon Prime. It has private parking inside the property. The municipal Olympic swimming pool of Albuixech is a 5 minute walk where both young ones as adults can enjoy swimming in summer. We offer our guests free passes to go as much as they want to. It opens from June 21st till the 5th of September.

It enjoys a wonderful pergola, gazebo and a garden with lawn. Pets welcome at a cost of 5€ per day.

Happy stay amongst the orange groves
Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back.

Fantastische accomodatie in een rustige omgeving
Een heerlijke ruime villa op het platteland tussen de sinasappelbomen in een rustige omgeving. De Villa heeft een heerlijke tuin/terras en binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar, die elders woont, was altijd bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Een auto is wel nodig voor boodschappen/restaurantjes/strand. Er is een bakkertje en kleine supermarkt in Albalat (dorpje dichtbij) en grotere supermarkten zijn ook in de buurt. In Albalat kun je parkeren bij het Metrostation om de metro naar Valencia nemen. Wij zijn een aantal keren naar Valencia geweest: naar het centrum is circa 20 min. Valencia is prachtig en heeft vele leuke restaurantjes. Maar ook in de buurt zijn een paar prima eetgelegenheden, aanbevolen door eigenaar Luis. Onze favouriet was Sensenom, echt verrassend lekker, goedkoop en een ster waardig. Bedankt Luis voor alle informatie, het reserveren van dinerplekken en de goede zorg. Jan & Rita

Le calme de la campagne proche de tout
La maison est géniale, au calme, entourée de champs, aucun voisin et en même temps proche de tout. La plage est à 5 minutes, Valence est à 20 minutes et les parcours de rando sont proches. On a regretté de ne pas avoir pris nos vélos cette année. J'aime la qualité des détails, la décoration, le jardin arborré et surtout la literie excellente pour bien dormir. Tout était parfait, merci à Luis et Nathalie et à très bientôt.

We enjoyed our stay enormously at Casa Emma. The accommodation is first rate and could not have been better. In addition being pet friendly the Casa offers a good sized, secure garden with several comfortable seating areas and a delightful patio. The location is peaceful and relaxing and not overlooked by other properties. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions throughout our stay. The added bonus was a nearby dog friendly beach, not far from the marina with a choice of small, excellent restaurants available for lunch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Emma to anyone who enjoys a relaxing holiday, in pleasant surroundings with clean and spacious accommodation

A stay in orange groves
We needed a property where we could leave our vehicle safely and travel into Valencia by public transport - you can walk from here to either the Metro or station in about 20 mins. Luis was very helpful and accommodating as we turned up a bit earlier than planned and he booked us into a typical Spanish restaurant a short drive away on our last day. You can visit the sea from here too, only a short drive away.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben uns die knapp zwei Wochen unseres Urlaubs super wohl gefühlt. Alles nötige vorhanden, alles funktionierte inkl. WLAN und Internet die ganze Zeit problemlos, super Infos und Restaurant-Tipps von Luis (unser klarer Favorit: Ca Xoret). Die drei Fahrräder haben wir gleich mit gemietet, die für kleinere Erkundungstouren bzw. regelmäßig zur Fahrt zur Metro-Station in Albalat dels Sorells (ca. 5 Minuten) sehr praktisch waren. Valencia erreicht man mit Auto oder Metro in gut 25 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schon mit rund 45 Minuten dabei. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Warmth, peace and quiet
Casa Emma was lovely. Clean, private and welcoming. Olympic sized swimming pool c. 7 minutes walk away. Village of Albuixech was lovely. Very short of places to eat! Mainly tapas. We would strongly recommend El Respiro (www.elrespiro22.com) in the village for lunch and tapas. Best of all, if you have small kids, is the playroom. Great big room with glass walls where the kids have a ball and you can have your lunch whilst watching them. Enjoy.

Espectacular
La casa de Luis y Natalie es una maravilla. Rodeada de huertos de verduras y naranjos repletos de fruta, puedes disfrutar del jardin de la casa,(cuidado hasta el minimo detalle por Luis) y trasladarte por unos instantes al paraíso. La casa es grande, cómoda, luminosa y tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Además esta totalmente reformada de hace muy poco tiempo con un gusto exquisito. La playa se encuentra a poco minutos en coche y Valencia ciudad a 15 min. Volveré seguro. Volví a Madrid renovada!! Gracias Luis! Eres un encanto!!!

Beautiful house
The house is in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful, but only 15 minutes walk to a metro station with easy access to Valencia city centre. The house is nicely decorated and is very well equipped, with everything you can need for a nice holiday. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Haus / Very beautiful house
English below... Der Kontakt war sehr gut und freundlich (Luis spricht gut Englisch). Wir wurden rechtzeitig auf alles hingewiesen. Während dem Aufenthalt wurden alle Fragen auch direkt beantwortet - mit guten Tipps, was man wo machen kann. Das Haus befindet sich kurz vorm Ortseingang von Mahuella. Alle 10-15 Minuten kommt mal ein Auto vorbei gefahren. Es ist also ruhig. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Dorf bzw. im Nachbarort. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten bei Lidl oder Family Cash Supermärkten. Anbindung nach Valencia per Metro oder auch per Rad ist prima. Vor dem Haus ist ein schöner schattiger Platz (den ganzen Tag über) mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischen. Dort lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Das Haus sieht innen noch besser aus als auf den Bildern hier. Wohnzimmer- und Küchenbereich sind schön groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Internet, TV, Netflix, Kühltruhe, etc. - alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer war viel wert bei der Hitze. Es stehen viele Informationen zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, nächstem Strand, etc. in den zwei Mappen zur Verfügung. Hier sind die Wege zu den wichtigsten Zielen eingezeichnet - eine sehr gute Hilfe um sich schnell zurecht zu finden. Beim WLAN-Passwort sollte man mal nachforschen, was es damit auf sich hat. Wir haben unseren Urlaub jedenfalls sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ENGLISH Contact was very good and friendly (Luis speaks English well). Everything was pointed out to us in time. During our stay all questions had been answered directly - with good tips what to do in the area. The house is located just before town entrance of Mahuella. Every 10-15 minutes a car passes by. It's a quiet place. You can get to the village or the next town on foot quickly. Supermarkets can be reached within 5 minutes by car. Travelling to Valencia via Metro or via bike is no problem. In front of the house there's a nice shady place (the whole day) with lots of sitting accommodations and two tables. You can sit there and relax for a long time. The house looks better on the inside than on the pictures here. Living room and kitchen are big and friendly. Nothing was lacking. Internet, TV, Netflix, Freezer, etc - everything was there. Air condition in two of the three bedrooms was worth a lot in the heat. You should research what the WiFi-Password is about. We enjoyed our holidays a lot at Ca Emma and highly recommend it!
