This hotel is beautiful, everything is very new and clean. It’s also located at the perfect spot, 40 m around the corner and u are in the middle of the city centre. The staff is very nice as wel. Would recommend 10/10.

Incredible location. Truly super close to the heart of downtown Valencia. You can easily walk to the Central Market, Cathedral and all the main sights to see. Nice breakfast buffet with great service. Probably one of the best check in experiences I’ve had, Rosa was so helpful. Room was spacious, nicely decorated in fresh, villa style. Just be aware that there is a separate location for Suite Palace and Ingles, with the former being separate from the main lobby and restaurant.

Had the superior double room, was pleasantly surprised when we found out the one we got was 2 floors with 2 full baths. Great hotel, great location. Loved it.

Very convenient, 2 mins from placa real. "Annex" of hotel round corner, so effectively 24 hour, very helpful, reception.. All mod cons, safe, functioning air con,coffee machine(but only 4 pods). Lots of towels. Great shower.

Property is centrally located, within walking distance to the city center. Room was really clean. The breakfast included was also nice and convenient. The only drawback is that the front desk is located at an affiliated hotel about a block from the building, but it was not a major problem. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it.

This hotel is a sister to the larger hotel 1/2 block away on the main street. This building is set back from the street in a cute, quiet little plaza off the main street. Room was renovated and lovely, but stairs and entrance were minimally renovated and had a weird odor. Room was rather tight, with the bed taking up most of the space. Mini-bar snacks on one bedside table prevented use for anything else.

We booked the superior room but was notified during check in that it was full and they had to relocate us to the sister hotel SH Ingles. Also they stated that we had booked a standard room which was not the case. Room is ok but the AC doesn't work, woke up due to the heat at night. It was a very old AC btw.
