"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold...

"Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "

"A had a fantastic week skiing in Arinsal and staying at Aparthotel Sant Andreu with family. Warm, clean room, great facilities with kitchenette in room allowing us to do trip on a budget. Spa in the hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"We recently visited Andorra for an off road motorcycle competition in St. Julia and this apartment was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again. The only concern that we had was that we really needed to have WiFi, preferably in our accommodation. It was only available in the hotel lobby and it was so slow that it barely functioned."

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"The advert clearly says WIFI available, when we got there it was only in reception which is open for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 at night (if they came) and only one person in reception at a time, what a joke as i had to work whilst there. Also bed was broken which we complained about twice and were twice told it would be repaired, which never happened. never staying here again"

"Excellent hotel in a nice location in Ordino. Rooms are very comfortable and they are cleaned every day. There is a parking at the hotel. Nice staff and most of them speaking English. "

"The Solana Apartments is very near the Funicamp telecabine in Encamp whizzing you right up to the top of Grandvilara ski area. It is very clean and had all I needed including the washing up accessories not usually provided. the staff were great., Breakfast was included with hot food too. "The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "We booked recently to go skiing and couldn’t have picked a better hotel! We reserved indoor parking, which cost 20€ per day, but was worth it. On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, in fact everyone was lovely throughout our stay. The rooms were a reasonable size, with a shower and bath, which was welcome after a day on the slopes. The best things about the hotel are its position, which is a short walk to the gondola and the spa facilities. For 15€ each we could use the spa for an hour, which was fantastic! If you want a particular time, I’d even pre book this before you arrive as the more popular times, say 5 or 6pm, were fully booked. We ate in the buffet restaurant in the evening and were happy with the choice and quality of the food. We will return to Arinsal soon and this will definitley be our first choice for accommodation. "
