"The hotel was very basic and was definitely geared towards winter vacations. Our very small bare room had two beds, one outlet, one ceiling light and two metal shelfs. The shared bathroom was ok, but the toilet stalls were made from plywood and everything seemed to be done on a budget. All this would have been fine since the price matched the amenities, but it didn't. We found an amazing hotel (with an electric charge station!) in a neighboring town at a lower price. "

"Stayed here for 7 nights, with a revolving group of people coming and going. This was a perfect location for a relaxed holiday. We stayed at home for dinner a couple of the nights and we loved being able to have breakfast at home everyday. Several restaurants and apres locations are very walkable as well. The apartment is convenient to the ski lifts at El Tarter and very convenient to shopping at Caves Manacor. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. If you pay there is no esy to pay unless you alrrady have a paid phone or internet. No front desk. Before you leva you must clean the whole apartment and fold and pit away the...

"We booked recently to go skiing and couldn’t have picked a better hotel! We reserved indoor parking, which cost 20€ per day, but was worth it. On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, in fact everyone was lovely throughout our stay. The rooms were a reasonable size, with a shower and bath, which was welcome after a day on the slopes. The best things about the hotel are its position, which is a short walk to the gondola and the spa facilities. For 15€ each we could use the spa for an hour, which was fantastic! If you want a particular time, I’d even pre book this before you arrive as the more popular times, say 5 or 6pm, were fully booked. We ate in the buffet restaurant in the evening and were happy with the choice and quality of the food. We will return to Arinsal soon and this will definitley be our first choice for accommodation. "
