My wife and sister in-law stayed at this property for 4 nights, was supposed to stay 5 but left a day early. We texted the owner a day before we supposed to check in to see if we could check in a day early, the owner replied back promptly as said no problem, he sent the link immediately and we paid for the extra day easily. The apartment is a little small, bit that was not a problem. The main issue we had was the sheets were very old and stained, comforters were coming apart. The towels were a bit old also. The carpets need a good cleaning, a lot of stains and spots on them. The remote control for the TV was not there, I emailed the owner, he said to look in the couch, we did, not there. He said he would stop by and look or replace. Never heard from him again. Parking garage was a bit confusing to get in and out of, no exit signs, not the property owners fault for that. If they would spend a few hundred dollars on linens, towels, a good cleaning it would be a nice little place.

We had to find one address to get a key and fob from a garage door handle, then hunt another address to find the parking garage, follow detailed instructions on opening two garage entrances, then use the fob to allow the elevator to take us up to 19th floor. The apartment was clean, wet sheets in laundry likely had the two top sheets for two beds. Great view. TV had no remote. Hot and air conditioner limited with two broken fans. We had a one night before an early flight. But had to refund the other address to return key. Likely not a building allowing paid guests.directions on how

Honestly - not a great place to stay.
This property is highly disappointing and far from acceptable for any rental, let alone a VRBO. Fire detectors were disconnected and stored in the kitchen cabinet. The listing claims there is AC, but the unit lacks proper air circulation. A portable AC unit is ineffective, with broken ventilation and clips that exacerbate the heat rather than alleviate it. Fans in both bedrooms are broken and contribute to the discomfort. The unit was consistently at 30°C, making it unbearable to sleep. The ensuite bathroom was so hot it was unsafe to stay inside with the door closed. The walls had boogers, the carpets were heavily stained with concerning marks, and the towels in the main bathroom were dirty and stained. The main bathroom’s ventilation fan was clogged with dust, causing allergic reactions. The heating system is non-functional. Kitchen drawers were disorganized, and the light switch in the spare room did not work. There were leftover laundry in the dryer, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable with scuff marks and dead bugs on the sliding glass doors. This unit has potential but is poorly maintained. It urgently needs a thorough cleaning, functional air circulation, and consistent upkeep. Currently, it feels unsafe and unsanitary

Nice building, basic unit.
This is a very nice building with amazing views and and incredible roof. The unit itself was good but had very small bedrooms (not enough room to fully open a suitcase). Also, there is no central AC but a portable unit in the living room. The unit was quite hot for our entire visit. The check in process was also very unusual with an offsite pick up from a lockbox on a shabby garage door. But the price was good.

*Close to sky train station. *No a/c as advertised, unless you count a disconnected portable unit. Unit was very hot. *Could have been cleaner for what the tacked on cleaning fee is. *Games room required a deposit before you could use, which was a real let down for the teens. *A little inconvenient to have to pick up keys at a different location. Directions were very clear though. *Fob instructions should be clearer. You need it for everything, which wasn't communicated before hand. *Very roomy for 5 people. *2 full bathrooms was awesome. *Quiet building. Didn't hear neighbors at all.

L'arrivée fût ardue car le propriétaire n'a pas communiqué les informations de bases dont le # de l'appartement ainsi que celui du stationnement avant notre arrivée. Je devais demander au guest mais à mon arrivée, il n'y avait personne. J'ai communiqué avec le proprio et il m'a répondu immédiatement par chance. Mais il n'y a aucun guide de bienvenue à l'intérieur de l'appartement donc pour toute question, je devais aller au guest ou demander au proprio directement ex: où dois-je mettre nos sacs de vidange. L'appartement est bien situé à Surrey. Plein d'accomodations tout autour. Très tranquille et sécuritaire. Par contre, si tu veux aller à Vancouver downtown, c'est assez compliqué car il y a beaucoup de trafic. 30 km prend facilement 1h15 L'appartement est grand mais il n'est aucunement fait pour y manger. En dehors d'un grand frigo, il n'y a aucune commodité pour faire la cuisine (ustensils de cuisson, ouvre boîte, ciseaux, etc.). Aucune aire climatisée dans l'appartement. Seulement une unité portative dans la grande pièce. Dans les chambres, deux ventilateurs dont les pieds étaient brisés donc on a dû les installer sur des chaises pour avoir un peu de vent durant la nuit. Très chaud durant le jour. Le soleil se lève devant l'immeuble ... aucun rideaux ou toiles opaques ce qui signifie qu'il faisait clair à 5h du matin dans tout l'appartement.
