"Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. "Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. "Great hotel next to obersee in Arosa. We stayed on an apartment which is spacious and has a long balcony facing the lake or the open ice rink, Mountain View’s either way. Nice bar/dining area and very easy check in/out with very friendly staff. Room wax clean and quiet and ski room accessible by lift to all floors. You can walk to lift to slopes in 5 minutes or so or a bus right outside takes you to other access points to the ski area. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again."

"Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful."

"This is based on family of four 2 preteen children. Likes - 10 minute walk to Jakobson Gondola, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, free above ground parking (if you can find a spot), easy online check in, ski room. Dislikes (for us) - no fridge in room, no kettle/coffee maker, pillows were flat / terrible had to request 4 extra (which hotel quickly provided), alot of road noise from traffic in morning / late evening, can hear everything in hallway on close by rooms.
