"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. "Hated all of it every second . The 1st night bad room . There are no windows smelt of damp. Moved rooms not much better no windows in both . Never cleaned our room once . I had to get towels, toilet rolls. Empty our own rubbish . Went to 2 hotels 4 star to try booking there they were full. Could not wait to leave . Breakfast waiter asked for tip.
