Very sweet place. Clean as a convent. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is a big plus and was surprisingly more than expected.

A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future.

The staff are friendly and helpful! The hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was surprisingly good and abundant, the staff were so accommodating, and the location is extremely walkable. Very near the San Toma vaporetto stop, but also easy walk to the main “touristy” Rialto Bridge areas. Got a bit noisy at times from people on the street but I think you’ll get that most places because the city is crowded. Great location. We were able to go out and sightsee, and come back to the hotel multiple times in the day to recharge.

Great Hotel with the perfect view of the Canal! The staff were friendly and accommodating! Would stay there again for sure!

Excellent hotel, centrally located and a short walk to several attractions. Our room was very spacious for our family of four. The ambiance and atmosphere at the hotel were very relaxing and the morning breakfast was outstanding.
