"Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The property was clean except for the carpet in the hallways. The rooms were good. TV a little small. There was a slight issue with the staff trying to charge me an extra 600 euros upon check out that was never mentioned, but I assume it was a mistake or a new staff member. Over all it was a pleasant stay. "
