"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm...

"The property was in the historic district and to our surprise we were there during the December Christmas Market with food and retail booths, outdoor shows and activities for the whole family. Hotel Domus was beyond our expectations. Our room was perfect and the included breakfast got our days started on just the right foot. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Domus Collis."
