"It was a last minute choice that turned out to be a wonderful decision. This is now our favorite hotel in Venice. The alley leading to it might seem sketchy at first but trust me, this hotel is worth it. Lovely HUGE lobby. Beautiful inner courtyard. A true hidden gem. "

"The location of this property is ideal and the views down to the canals are unbeatable. The rooftop dining table was an added bonus . The apartment is very quiet and was very clean. Like most of Venice you have to go up two flights of stairs. tootstairs"

"This location is excellent and convenient for local shopping plus near the airport. But one thing need to be improve is that the hot water. A gas boiler would be ideal."

"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "
