"Pretty new building and clean rooms on a business oriented hotel. Comfortable bed and great shower. No frills. Check-in was unbearably slow. Parking structure was not planned for larger cars. A bit of confusion at check out - they wanted to charge me even though I had already paid at the booking site."

"This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night."
