Chalet de Charme in the Ticino Park

La Casa nel Bosco is a villa of about 500 square meters. with 1 hectare of private garden totally fenced and surrounded by 6 hectares of forest owned by the Ticino Park.
The house, built on two floors, offers its guests an area of about 250 square meters. consisting of two bedrooms with adjacent bathroom, kitchen, dining room, TV room, billiard room and guest bathroom.
Inside the park of the property, a dream Chalet was created in spring 2019 with the most modern technologies, with two bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, each with its private bathroom, as well as a living room with a perfectly equipped kitchen. The aforementioned chalet is also available to guests.
The main villa also includes the home of the caretaker and the owner.
The garden: pine forest and lawn, 400 azalea plants, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, fruit plants, children's play corner and above all a fantastic swimming Biolago of over 100 square meters.
The property also includes 4 horse paddocks, box, barn and saddlery.
Do not miss the chicken coop and the rabbit fence.
Access to the villa through 800 meters of dirt road in the woods.
The town of Vergiate can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Milan in 45 minutes, Varese in 30 minutes, Malpensa airport in 20 minutes, Lake Maggiore in 15 minutes.

Very pleasant atmosphere
We spent a pleasant week in the property of Margharita who is a very friendly host. The swimming pool was 27 degrees and it was very pleasant to swim there. The nearby lakes also allow you to enjoy swimming (Lake Monate 15 minutes by car). For visits it is easily possible to go to the banks of Lake Maggiore by car. A pretty town to discover (Stresa in particular). The station is 5 minutes by car and allows you to get to Milan in 40 minutes. We will keep very good memories of our stay with Margharita.

Bon hébergement très agréable. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Toutefois, L'aéroport est proche, les décollages s'entendent. Le réseau est très faible, un répéteur WIFI serait le bienvenu dans le chalet

Holiday with two families - 4 adults and 4 children
We enjoyed our stay at Margherita‘s house very much! She is a lovely host and her large and very well maintained estate is really gorgeous - a perfect biolake for swimming and relaxing, a wide area for children to play and discover new places every day, many animals (horses, dogs, rabbits and chicken) moving around make it a special place for children, which they won‘t forget! Lago Maggiore and other smaller lakes can be easily reached within about half an hour. Restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance of about 2-5 kilometres. For everyone who likes rather remote places and privacy but also beautiful gardens with trees and forests this house will be perfect. Margherita takes a lot of care for her guests, is an interesting partner for conversation and especially kind with kids - a true Italian „nonna“!
