This entire home has all the updates for you to relax and reenergize after a day filled with activities. Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, or boat parking is also available on the property. Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

Spend time at Dinosaur National Monument, Dinosaur Field House Museum, and the Dino Track's Hike. Or spend a day at one of several lakes nearby. The glassy water in the morning and night make for a boater's dream. If mountain biking is your jam check out some thrilling rides at McCoy Flats or Red Fleet. Beautiful hikes abound throughout the area. Checkout the downtown scene with "Alive After Five", "Dino-soar Days", the farmer's market, Dinosaur Round-Up Rodeo and many other exciting activities.

I had a few employees who stayed there for some work In Vernal. All my guys said it was a nice clean place that is comfortable to stay. Would definitely stay again in future when needed.

We were greeted by a goat. Nice kitchen and dining room. Comfortable beds. Nothing like seeing and hearing farm animals in the morning. Only drawback was the mailbox or home was not marked with address to identify it.

In the area to visit Dinosaur National Monument. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is ideal (5 min to shopping and close to the park entrance to the park entrance). We very much appreciated the fresh eggs in the fridge!

Wedding trip
We enjoyed are stay here while in Vernal for my son's wedding. The house is a bit older but nicely updated inside with all the utilities of home. Host Lauren is exceptional, she communicates quickly when you have questions and was even able to provide my 94yr old mother-in-law with a wheelchair upon inquire. Most of the time in Vernal, we were running around doing wedding preparations and meeting my new daughters-in-law side of the family. It was nice to return to the peace and quiet of this VRBO at the end of each day. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, family and others looking for a place to stay while in Vernal Utah. My only recommendation for Lauren, would be to maybe place a red or orange reflector on the mailbox at the end of the driveway entrance for easy identification (especially for night-time arrivals). Hope this is helpful. Have a great day.

We stayed briefly for one night and didn't spend much time at the property. However it was clean and spacious. The host was easy to work with. The house had plenty of room four relaxing and needs as listed. Would stay there again.

I rated everything as great even though we werent able to keep our booking. We broke down during a 17 day trip and required parts to be ordered to get it fixed along with changing our remaining travel plans. Lauren kindly refunded what she could of our fees after contacting her and letting her know our delimia. She was very understanding.

Lauren’s house was very convenient to Dinosaur National Monument, which was why we were in town. Great spot for families, with lots of bedrooms and beds. Very clean, and the hosts even provided us with eggs fresh from their farm!
