"We had an amazing time in Escalus, we only booked for one night and we were supposed to get the annex, but they offered us the suite in the main hotel and ended up staying there since it was more convenient for just one night. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable, a block away from the arena. The amenities offered are welcome, the coffee machine and pods are a plus. Do not hesitate to book!"

"The reception area or front room/breakfast area dated, shuts at 8pm if you want a tea/coffee then you come here not in room, we did at 10pm but felt very uncomfortable like in somebodys house, no choice on coffee only expressio, no milk, had to find it. The room feels depressing like a panic room with the massive six bolt door, walls bear, stupid hats hanging over a very uncomfortable bed, again didnt get what they was trying to achieve."

"It’s a very elegant and refined hotel with artworks on the walls and some antique decor. This is a true gem for everyone who likes art and history. Besides that the staff is very attentive, the room was a bit dark and no flowers like on the pictures but other than that all was perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive.
