"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"Very French, lovely setting and full of 'antique' toys and charm. A bit of a hike to carry stuff from the car to the property as front gates permanently locked - across the large garden and up stairs. We didn't realise that sheets, quilt cover and towels weren't provided, but fortunately we carry our own lightweight bedding - and Mr Sabatier fetched us towels. Nothing in Angerville-la-Martel, but we were focused on Fecamp and Etretat nearby, so it was fine for 3nights."

"Absolutely dreadful. The place is not fit for purpose. All very shabby and used, worn out and old. Toilets stained and brown, no kitchen towels or hand towels and only large towels. "This is a lovely house and large enough for extended family. great walled garden for kids and dogs. Nice peaceful area and lots of space inside. Great conservator with table. Possibly some areas need a little updating (electrics and some furniture). Also somewhere to keep clothes needed in downstairs bedroom. Info on site mostly okay but phone number for host is missing a number and she doesn't seem to get messages through VRBO but will reply to texts. Very helpful once she knows you are asking"
