"Absolutely love this hotel! This was my second stay, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. My room on the 7th floor was exactly what I asked for—quiet and peaceful, with no outside noise at all. The room itself was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While the pillows weren’t the best, that was a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. Aurora, the rooftop bar and restaurant, was a highlight. The food was delicious, and although the menu was a bit limited, every dish I tried was excellent. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options, though I have to say the coffee was just okay. The hotel’s location and amenities make it an ideal place to stay, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was located for everything we needed in the city center. Hotel entrance has steps to the elevator. This was unusual but the hotel had a porter on hand to take our cases to our room when we checked in and out of the hotel. Other than this slight inconvenience, our stay was just excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Vienna. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."

"Super friendly and very helpful staff. We use the hotel for early check ins (like 5am). Just get up at 4:30am, walk across the street and check in! The rooms are quiet, clean and cozy. "

"Brought mum for a long weekend. Mooons is conveniently located with lots of travel links and options. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and the whole feel of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. Some building/renovation works taking place, so the decor was unfinished in reception/bar HOWEVER no works being undertaken during our stay so not disruptive at all. The breakfast is AMAZING, and we loved every second of our stay. "
