"We made reservations at this property in July 2024 for New Year's Eve to avoid fireworks in our hometown with our puppies. Upon arrival on December 30 we found out the facility no longer allows pets which was irritating and disappointing. However, they honored the reservation since we booked it in July. We normally stay at the tavern or enchantment resort with the puppies and will need to do that going forward. But if you're looking for a new hotel and pets are not an issue, I would recommend...
