"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

Reservei uma suíte e tentaram me colocar em um quarto sem banheiro privativo q nem colcha na cama tinha, com janelas quebradas, imundo e cheio de tralhas no corredor. A limpeza do local é algo q nem em hotel de beira de estrada eu havia presenciado. Os banheiros compartilhados passam a sensação de que vc está em um filme de zumbi. "Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean. Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door. This means someone entered my hotel...
