Small Luxury Hotels hotels in Villa de Guadalupe, Mexico City

"I have stayed at this hotel before and always received two key cards and and two water bottles as my reservation was for 2 adults but this time I did not. It was inconvenient. The dark went pitch black when my partner had to take the key card when leaving the room to get ice. Why? Key card needed to have the lights, tv etc.. on. I understand it's a safety feature for the elevator however to prevent this I could had gotten another key card. "

"We stay here every year while in México City. It's a great value hotel. A lottle warn and needs a litter tlc, but overall, a good choice. Beds are firm and staff is friendly. "

"The close proximity to the Basilica was a plus, at nights it was noisy and there was no room cleaning service unless you asked. Stayed 4 nights 5 days, they only cleaned the room oubce and only because we asked."
