"I have stayed at this hotel before and always received two key cards and and two water bottles as my reservation was for 2 adults but this time I did not. It was inconvenient. The dark went pitch black when my partner had to take the key card when leaving the room to get ice. Why? Key card needed to have the lights, tv etc.. on. I understand it's a safety feature for the elevator however to prevent this I could had gotten another key card. "
