"It was hard to find the property at first since it does not have the name listed outside, but the man with the short hair was always very accommodating from the very start. He walked all the way to where we were so he could guide us to the building. Additionally, he would answer any questions we had regarding local places and the best ways to get there, even about local food. With that said, the rooms were very small as well as some of the common areas. Overall, the staff made it better."

"Gracious old hotel, like a rich distinguished man or woman who has aged. The hotel needs updating. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, including the service (not five stars). The dining room furniture is old and tired and so is the decor. The staff was verbally pushy for tips. It is at best a four star property, not five stars by international standards. "Great location to be able to explore Condesa and Roma Norte. Loved the walking in this area. We didn’t spend much time on the property to review the restaurant and rooftop but everything looked great. It was a perfect landing spot and would consider staying there again for price and location. The linens were a bit scratchy but otherwise the beds were comfortable, shower water pressure also good. "

"Me gustó mucho por la decoración y lo limpio. Lo malo es que se escucha en tu habitación TODO lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, parecen de cartón las paredes. Quizá serviría tener al menos un ventilador en la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en época de calor debe ser horrible dormir así.
