You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "
