"Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"

"We stayed for 3 nights, overall an average/ok experience but rooms quite basic without any amenities like kettle, coffee, water, mini-fridge. Small garden outside also not maintained. But friendly service and good location for Villerville. Nice restaurant at hotel but a bit expensive."

"If you are unable to climb stairs, this house is not for you, so stop reading. The house is old, which is clearly visible when you enter. Once we got used to it, we loved it, not least because of our charming host Nicolas and his assistant Olivier who bent over backwards for us. I cannot imagine anyone cooking a meal for six people in the kitchen, but French people seem to have a way of doing that. Having said that, we never cooked but ate out every meal in wonderful restaurants, so that was not...

"We had a great stay. The house is well suited for a family with older kids. Nice town with a small supermarket (bakery hopefully soon to open). Good location to do various interesting excursions. "
