Amazing stay at St Palace Hotel, the hotel manager is very friendly and even offered us directions to Vilnius TV Tower and asked us how our experience was when we had returned. If we return to Vilnius or any friends and family decide to visit the capital, I will be recommending this amazing hotel. Very comfortable and walking distance from all the landmarks.

My wife was locked in the bathroom for an hour due to the lock breaking. The staff were quick and responsive - excellent people. The issue is that - no details to protect the honest - is that this bathroom lock breakage happens every so often. Once would not have led to this review but this was the THIRD time. No apology, nothing. She did not panic but if she had not been as strong or had been someone traveling alone - this could be a life altering experience. How such a nice hotel cannot immediately replace all bathroom locks upon the first failure is intolerable. BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE!

Excellent location for the Gate of Dawn and other beautiful churches. Near a wonderful chocolate store, AMOR. Good location but further away from the main Christmas Market. Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and large bathroom a plus.

It’s listed as a four star hotel. Perhaps in the context of the city but elsewhere it would be a three star. The original building I beautiful and being redone. The configuration of space is poor. The rooms are small but adequate. Toilets are fine and modernised but not spacious. The elevator failed every day (to be fair, repairs were quick, but almost constant). Most rooms have only a desk chair. The desk is small. There is nowhere to put a suitcase except in the windowsill. It’s ample but just not four star. Breakfast is good enough but there are better places adjacent. The hotel is very convenient in old town the setting is beautiful The staff could not be nicer. I suspect it will become much better than it is now.

We had a fantastic stay at St Palace. The lovely staff even during our very late arrival were delightful and helpful. The breakfast was among the best we've had in a hotel - all fresh, excellent choices with something for everyone, I especially recommend the smoked salmon! The room was big, very comfortable with lovely views. Great powerful shower in a huge bathroom - all spotlessly clean! Location is right on the edge of the old town so we walked everywhere, but away from the crowds. We would highly recommend - good value for money!

Great hotel, room was spacious, luxury, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was perfect as it was in the centre, 5minutes walk to old town, 2minutes to coffee shops and restaurants. We were so pleased to be in the Old Town and so close to everything we wanted to see. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. The breakfast buffet was so ample and varied in selections. Staff throughout the hotel were very kind and helpful. We were very happy with our choice of this hotel.

Great location for a stay in Vilnius. The room was quite nice. I did book a room with a balcony and it would have been nice to know that there was construction going on and that workers would be essentially sitting on the balcony during weekdays. Other than that, a nice place.

A charming and attractive hotel in a convenient location in the heart of Vilnius. Close to shops, restaurants etc and easy walk to most major attractions such as museums. The staff were very helpful. It’s a short taxi ride from the airport, which helps! Also, reasonably close to railway station with airport link and, more important, easy journey to Trakai (don’t book a tour) where lovely lakeside walk to the castle. A couple of small things. We were in a room where you had two flights of stairs and no lift access so check on that. Also our shower, although working fine made a disturbing very loud screech.

Outstanding hotel with laundry not up to standards
Very nice looking hotel room. Very well situated in the old city, nextbtobgrrqtbrestaurants. Comfortable bed and bathroom. It is a shame they ruin this with low quality and soiled towels and plastic feel sheets. They should keep an eye in replenishing courtesy items.
