Its location in the Lindau Reutin area was quiet and had a choice of nearby restaurants. Bus transport from the apartments to the train stations and Lindau Insel was easy. "I originally booked this property from May 19 - Friday May 24, 2024 at a much lower price which the owner cancelled because he said he had not figured in the 2024 prices. I had already let him know we were coming from California for a family reunion in Germany with my husband’s family. I had no choice but to rebook this property adding 1 day for checkout at a new significantly higher price. That is not the worst of it. Our German family are extremely clean people. When we arrived there before...

"This is a wonderful apartment in a delightful town. It is biking and swimming heaven. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and even though the weather was very hot it stayed cool. Very well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. Impeccably clean and very peaceful and quiet. Super warm and helpful host. Such a nice welcome and stay on our first time in Langenargen. "Even though we didn’t speak much German, we could communicate with the host through VRBO and the messages were translated. We appreciated the lockbox entry so we didn’t need to arrive at a specific time. There was free parking behind the house. Unfortunately we had a massive van and we couldn’t fit it in the parking area, but the host directed us to another spot we could use. There were three spacious bedrooms, and a well supplied kitchen. There was a large bathroom and a nice patio area too....

Einzig der Duschkopf in der Dusche hätte etwas mehr Druck haben können. Alles in allem waren wir aber aber zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch vor unserer Anreise bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps. "

"Old farm house with low ceilings, very thoughtfully renovated. The owners managed to keep the houses character, and yet give the inside a modern feel. We were able to to tell that a lot of thought and heart went into this. We loved our stay and would come back anytime. Our two kids loved the hidden pool and used it every single day!"

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."

Great hotel

"We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, no fridge but they did have an ice machine. No real aircon to speak of so would probably be hot in the summer. Breakfast was great and parking was 10-15 euros. Hotel isn’t close to anything but great for what we needed. Very happy with our stay. "
