The staff was phenomenal, when we arrived we were greeted by a concierge who took our bags inside/to our rooms and made us a mimosa while we filled out our check in details. "My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "

"We stayed at Agapi Beach Resort from 27/10 to 03/11/24 for the third consecutive year. This place never fails to disappoint. Beautiful hotel complimented by the fantastic staff. The accommodation is lovely and cleaned thoroughly every day. The food is lovely and varied each day. As you walk around the hotel the grounds are immaculate with an array of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. Numerous pools dotted about. The beach is two minutes from the main complex. Beach towels provided every day. There are different places on the complex to eat. We can’t praise Agapi Beach Resort enough. Just something about the place that just makes us want to go back every year. Hopefully we will again in 2025. "

Really family friendly.

"Really family friendly. Kids loved it. Waterpark and choice of pools was great. 10yr old absolutely loved kids club and the team there. Evening shows were really great. All restaurants are buffet style, no al a carte ones if you prefer that style. There is an olympic sized pool which meant there where lots of swim clubs there for half term swim camp which meant there was lots of groups of older kids around. They were no bother and well behaved but not something had experienced in other hotels. Would recommend the hotel."
