"The Cliffs is in a great location. The unit had everything we needed. The furnishings looked a little worn/tired in the master bedroom and there is no AC. Those two things didn’t affect our stay, had it been any hotter it would have. We were on the ground floor and didn’t feel comfortable leaving the sliding doors cracked for extra airflow. "

"The hotel is lovely and very family and couple friendly, but do not expect the room you booked, we specifically paid for a room away from the pool with an ocean view, however they “upgraded” us to a room right above the pool and nothing could be done as they considered this an upgrade. "Kauai truly is a piece of Paradise!🌞🌺 The only improvement I would have preferred was that the sinks in my room didn't get hot enough water, but only room temp. The shower 🚿 did have hot water which rescued the experience, for me.🙏 The service attendants were all paleasant, warm, and inviting. I'm eternally grateful, & can't wait to come back! 🙌 "
