"This hotel has outstanding service. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk made us feel right at home and were so helpful with all of our questions. The wait staff at the restaurant were top notch going above and beyond our expectations. Then there’s the beer garden. Hot and cold food made to order, and drinks prepared expertly at the bar. All of this with seating right on Lake Zurich. Excellent experience!!!"
