EVERYTHING was extremely dirty there were roaches everywhere and the front desk women sent me to the wrong room 3 times at check in very unprofessional and unkept .

Property seems to accommodate a lot of people they don't trust because the way they receive guests is as if you're being checked into prison i.e. default coldness.e.g. abrupt mono-lexical demand: "ID" instead of a friendly-toned full sentence request to see your ID. Just uncouth and inarticulate. Indeed, was kept awake most of night by noisy people blaring TV whole night in next room. However, that's no reason to treat everyone automatically like potential "low-lifes". Treat everyone with respect, and even dodgy people might behave better while staying there.
