"My son was in a wedding at Firebrand which was right around the corner from the house so it was perfect! This house is one of a kind! The love and care given to the house is evident in all the extra details. The woodwork is gorgeous, all done with local wood. There are some very neat antiques around the house. This has become the first place we try & stay when we come every year because it is has such easy access to Lake Pend Oreille including moorage & trailer parking with proper insurance & slip information. Property has a stunning & serene view of the lake. Best place to sit on the porch & have a cup of coffee in the morning. The property owners are most accommodating & very helpful. "We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is gorgeous and the house is well maintained and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The boat slip was used by the host’s family both days, which we didn’t know about until we received the check in information. Also, to sleep 6 some have to sleep on the couch or on an air mattress provided in the 2nd bedroom. We rented the wave runners and they were fabulous. They were a great way to explore the lake. We would highly recommend and stay here again. "

"Cozy cabin has a nice deck to sit outside and enjoy the water views! We had cool, rainy weather, but the firepit and wood burning stove were fantastic. No wi-fi or hair dryer, but that is certainly not a deal breaker. Having a boat dock was great. The steps to get to the cabin are no joke, pack light! So glad the steps were wrapped in string lights since we arrived at night. Great stay!"
