The facilities were perfect for us, with a spacious, well-appointed kitchen and dining room, as well as a comfortable living room. "Very cozy, warm, and welcoming farmhouse, updated with great amenities and tasteful modern addition, with a generous dining room and easy to use kitchen. All spaces, rooms, linens, kitchenware, etc. were clean and well-maintained. Beautiful wooded property with ponds, streams, and access up to Gertrude's Nose Trail directly behind the property via a vigorous hike on well-delineated hiking paths. "Friends and I found this property since we wanted to visit Angry Orchard, which is only a 15-minute drive away. The house itself is so cozy and spacious, and it is on a great piece of property with tons of foliage and even a little trail walk down to the creek! I realized we hadn't received check-in instructions as we were nearing the house, but I messaged Kat and she got back to me immediately with the key code and details. I would definitely recommend and hope to be back at some point!"
