"The included breakfast was excellent, but it does get busy by 9 so we had to wait sometimes, or share a larger table. We made use of the free shuttle a couple of times, but it was also a very close walk to Times Square if you know about the "subway" underpass to get by the large roads bordering the hotel. We thought our adjoining room was very comfortable. The mattresses were on the harder side but we still got restful sleep. "

"I have stayed here before. Yes, rooms are small but it is cheap, clean and very conveniently located in the heart of Causeway Bay. You have shopping, dining and the MTR on your doorstep. Safe. Staff are pleasant and friendly. WIFI worked well. Hot shower and air conditioning. Hong Kong is not cheap. There is a lot to do. I was hardly at the hotel. All I wanted was a convenient, clean and safe centrally located hotel with friendly staff. I could come back each night, shower, sleep and get up the next morning and go out again. The small negative are the disposable towels which were not great. Other than that, I would recommend. "

"Good clean hotel with very helpful staff. There is a shuttle bus but we used taxis as they are cheaper than the IK. Great views from our 15th floor room. No breakfasts but the room price was so low I was happy."
