"We had the most enjoyable stay at this location. We were so pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the owner was. He was very quick to respond to questions and provided little niceties around the house. For example, in the bathrooms there was an Ooops I forgot something bag with a toothbrush, shaving cream, toothpaste, etc in a cute little bag and each bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Little snacks were on the table and an entire coffee bar was available. So nice! As...

"We were a little skeptical when the owner had no exterior pictures of the property, but the house was really nicely done on the inside. There were some discrepancies between the listing and the actual property (original listing had room for 14 when it was 12, had 7 parking spots listed but those are shared with the lower level and the couches were not pull outs). The interior is brand new and is a great open space where we could all hang out. Bed rooms were fine. Kitchen has all the essentials....

"We had a great weekend here last weekend. Close to downtown and restaurants. It was also near the trail. The kitchen was fairly sparsely furnished but we were able to make do. The neighborhood was old and seemed a little bit sketchy but I never actually felt unsafe. We will return here again!"

"Perched on top of a ridge with a beautiful view of campus, this house has all the amenities you could hope for. A decked-out kitchen, three full baths, great televisions, and really comfortable mattresses (it's the small things) made our stay 10/10. "This home could not be any more perfect for a football weekend we could walk to the stadium. The house was clean well equipped , perfect for our group! Chris has thought of all kinds of amenities that made it a great stay. The room listed as an office I don’t think is technically an office. It’s a loft at the top of the stairs with a couch, but it was a comfortable couch and new, it would be great spot for kids. Overall, this place was fantastic, we would definitely rent again for a home...
