"The hotel was great, and I’d love to stay there again next time. It has a nice spa and bar, and the price is very reasonable for this type of hotel. There were only minor drawbacks: there was no hairdryer in the room, but we asked at reception, and they brought one to us. In some areas, the cleanliness could have been better (details like cobwebs on the wall)."

"We had an amazing stay. This hotel is walking distance to the train station and around the corner from the hop on hop off bus. There are plenty of restaurants and tourist sites and shops in walking distance. The room is nice and clean and comfy but small and doesnt have much drawer space which was fine because most of our time was spent touring. The breakfast is fabulous. There were lots of pastry, fruit and hot and cold choices including nice crispy bacon and an espresso, cappuccino and hot chocolate machine. The staff was very friendly and very helpful for any questions we had. For our fellow Americans, dont forget your charger adapters. There aren't the usual USB ports in the rooms. Also if you like wash clothes (face cloths) bring your own set. All in all we loved the hotel and would definately stay here again. "

"This was my second trip to Hotel Berlin and it won't be my last. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I enjoy using the gym and the breakfast selection is very good. Staff are very helpful and they did an amazing job to help my mother celebrate her birthday and overcome her mobility issues."

"Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"A great location super rooms and fantastic staff at reception, they were always so helpful and the hotel should be commended for their reception team - first rate! The room was really quiet and spacious. The breakfast is also the best I have seen in Berlin, it's immense... you might think it's expensive, however, you will not need lunch! If you enjoy breakfast, you're in for a treat... outstanding. "
