Bespoke hotels in Warley, Brentwood

"The room was a good size and comfortable but the hotel facilities are very basic and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. There is no bar or restaurant/room service at all expect for breakfast, which given this is a VIP property and is advertised as coming with 20% off food and drinks during the stay is misleading given we couldn’t even get any food or drink to use it on. I asked for ice one evening and was told it would be brought up to the room and it took over 30 mins so we couldn’t...

"The staff was absolutely lovely. The room really nice. We purchased breakfast for our suite and it was yummy. We got free early check in and purchased late check out. Would happily return without hesitation. "
