"Low ambient lighting. Friendly cheerful staff from reception to the cleaners. Everyone, especially Danielle were really nice and customer friendly. Bar staff also very accommodating as there are no fridges in the room. They kindly provided an ice bucket with plenty of ice each time I asked. We (2) stayed for 5 nights and were given a really nice room for 4, to make our stay more pleasant. The jacuzzi bath was brilliant.
