"I crave the water but live in the desert. Renting the Shamrockin for a water experience was an excellent decision. The location is 10/10! Shops and restaurants are just steps away from the private dock and yet the location remains calm, quiet and restorative. You can walk everywhere with ease. The boat is charming and cozy with a lot of personality. The bedding is comfortable and all rooms have a small but efficient electric heater. October can be wet and cold in Gig Harbor. "My daughter and I had a get away and stayed in this houseboat. It was so fun to stay somewhere different than the usual hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing on the water. It is gated in so we felt very safe. The boathouse was clean, had everything you might need, the bed was comfortable and at night, sitting on the upper deck with the lights was magical. "
