"From start to finish the customer service was of a high standard - staff very attentive - food and drinks exceptional and breakfast was a delight - the attention to detail really made the stay. If I was to criticise this hotel it would be that the rooms and the main restaurant do not have air conditioning - we were however provided with a fan. The spa, staff and treatments were excellent- despite renovations in place. Would highly recommend this hotel and have already booked to come back. "

"Fantastic guest house in a quiet location in Ballycastle. Very well situated for the Rathlin Island ferry. The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable. The hosts are really helpful and made sure our stay was memorable. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day."
