"Nice hotel if stopping over in Waterford for a few days. 10 minute walk to town centre. Rooms modern and comfortable. Only issue was the cigarette smell in the room, despite it saying it was a no smoking room. Breakfast was extra, so had that in town at a cafe. "

"The staff at the hotel were great, really kind & helpful. The room very big, had everything we needed in it. However the bathroom was very rundown, felt dirty. Lots of old shower products on the tiles, hair in the bath. I asked for it to be cleaned again, however it still felt old and dirty after the second clean. Location of the hotel was great, right in the centre of town but not noisy. Parking across the road was handy, it’s cheaper to pay the carpark directly than pay via the hotel....

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around.
