"Front desk staff were lovely , helpful and talkative which is always a nice start , breakfast was good and easy , my only issue with my room was we were given a wheelchair friendly room so Shower , Toilet and Sink were very low down which was a bit of an issue but other than that our stay was great !! "We found the staff very friendly and helpful, our economy broke at 10pm and we were moved to another room with no fuss, restaurant staff were also a credit to the hotel, our only comment would be that the food quality was not of a very good standard, based on other hotels we have used. The room was very clean even in corners where other people miss, a credit to the cleaning staff."

"What a gem! I regularly stay in Watford on a regular basis I as I have an office there and most of my customer visits are easily commutable from the station. I was struggling for accommodation and took a chance in something new! I’m delighted I did because the Cristal Apartments are fantastic! Wonderful to have a “home from home” when you’re away.
